Job Description

This position is responsible for supporting the IT Supervisor and the IT Helpdesk team

• CompTIA Network+ Certification (or equivalent  experience)

• MCP (MCITP and/or MSCA/E, or any one MCP certification)

• Minimum of 3 years of IT Helpdesk experience

• Minimum MAVO Diploma

• Own Transportation is a must

Keys to Success:

• Proficient in Windows Server 2008,2012 and/or higher

• Has a good understanding of routers and switches

• Experience with VMware virtualization

• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills

• Flexible and Team player with a “get things done” mentality

• Outgoing and friendly personality

•  Goal oriented

• Leadership skills is a plus
