Description of Responsibilities
Co-develop the brand marketing strategy for the company and translate it into tactics for customer touch points particularly: Social Media, Blog, CRM and Loyalty Program
Effectively manage the team that conceptualizes and delivers communications for brand objectives, advertising objectives and internal brand communications
Review all assets and initatives to ensure it is aligned to brand standards
Take the lead on total company brand marketing initiatives integrating all touch points effectively
Report on metrics, project progress, lessons learned and recommendations
Abide by the same internal systems, procedures and policies as all team members
Contribute to corporate branding efforts
And other related tasks as needed
Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
Experience in marketing and running a marketing team.
Proven marketing campaign experience.
Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage budgets.
Professional and proactive work ethic.
High competence in project and stakeholder management.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
