Job Description

Summary: 

The individual in this role will be responsible for the overall management of QuEra’s government contracts. This begins with the contract submission process and follows through with contract negotiations and ultimately managing the contract internally ensuring program success. The individual review grant or contract applications for completeness and compliance with laws and regulations, as well as clarifying program regulations and guidelines, including deadlines, procedures and status updates. The individual will also make recommendations on grant or contract programs and/or service delivery, including the identification of program deficiencies and the negotiation of and recommendations of potential corrective actions.
