Responsibilities:

  1. Create and manage customer orders and invoices.
  2. Maintain accurate financial records and transaction logs.
  3. Ensure timely billing and reporting.
  4. Resolve billing issues and handle customer inquiries related to accounts.
  5. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless order processing.
  6. Monitor and report on financial discrepancies and irregularities.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  2. At least 1 year of proven experience in billing, finance, or a similar role.
  3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
