Role:
As an Ecommerce Operations Manager your job is to ensure sales targets are achieved with the proper and timely execution of fundamentals: staffing, stocking, promotions, fulfillment, etc.
Reports to Chief Revenue Officer, coordinates with Retail Marketing, Customer Service, Warehouse & Inventory, and other functions as needed

Responsibilities:
In-charge of general handling and supervision for all ecommerce stores
Responsible for making sure that all stores under his or her leadership are staffed correctly at all times: fulfillment, customer service, order management
Conducts periodic site check and test transactions to ensure the operations are smooth
Forecast sales figures and inventory requirements for each store, coordinate with Warehouse Department to ensure proper stocking
Work with Merchandising and Marketing to determine store merchandising that is easy to navigate and has high conversion potential
Work with Technology Team to implement changes on Shopify’s front-end or back-end systems to increase conversion or improve operational processes
Oversees each store’s profitability - constantly reviews store sales numbers, cost of inventory, operational expenses and inventory loss.
Manage improvement projects on inventory management, sales reporting, marketing reporting, technology implementations, etc.
Report on ecommerce operations metrics, project progress, lessons learned and recommendations
Abide by the same internal systems, procedures and policies as all team members
And other related tasks as needed
Qualifications - What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years work experience in sales operations in a retail environment such as fashion, FMCG, grocery, etc.
REQUIRED: of which minimum 2 years of experience in ecommerce environment, overseeing store operations
Experience in beauty, cosmetics or luxury preferred
Experience in International ecommerce a plus
An understanding of the value of brands and the ability to communicate brand values
Highly proficient in various technologies, able to learn and adopt new technologies quickly
Experienced in stock and inventory management
Experienced in delivery and logistics management
Experience in route planning and optimization a plus
Experience in international logistics a plus
Experienced in customer service, a plus
Experience in managing training, mentoring and supervising new team members
Proven track record in sales and relationship development
An established track record in meeting deadlines, achieving store KPI and Sales Quota
Above average English language skills written and oral, good grammar
Work ethic is highly valued, respect others in the office and team directions.
Flexible to tap into different projects. Help out other teams when needed.
Exemplary organizational skills, quality execution with a high attention to detail
Team Player who is able to work cross functionally with multiple channels and teams
Drive for innovation and disruption with luxury mindset (is a plus)
Able to work independently and collaboratively with the creatives and marketing team
Competent with GSuite Tools: Gmail, GDrive Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
Able to speak Filipino/Tagalog
