HOA Community Association Manager
Location: St. Petersburg, Florida
Position Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and relationship-driven HOA Community Association Manager to oversee and manage homeowner and condominium associations in the St. Petersburg area.
This role is perfect for a professional who understands Florida association law, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in building strong communities while delivering exceptional service to board members and residents.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned HOA and condo associations
Work directly with Board Members to implement policies and strategic goals
Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and meeting materials
Coordinate vendors, maintenance projects, and contract negotiations
Ensure compliance with Florida statutes and governing documents
Conduct regular property inspections
Manage rule enforcement and handle resident communications professionally
Attend and facilitate board meetings (some evening meetings required)
Oversee reserve studies and long-term capital planning
What You Bring
Experience managing HOA or condominium associations (Florida experience strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge of Florida HOA/Condo statutes
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities simultaneously
Strong organizational and financial literacy skills
CAM License (Required – State of Florida)
Proficiency with property management software is a plus
